- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The vet staff was very rude and I found it uncomfortable I couldn't be in back with my dogs as they were getting routine shots. I also took my senior girl in for a second opinion and another set of x rays done on her mouth. I had already explained to them I need a different angle of the jaw and when they came back out, their response was "oh, we don't have the equipment for that procedure." So in the end I had to pay for a second round of x rays that my regular vet already had done and none of the vet staff cared. Not to mention, getting a return phone call is absolutely ridiculous! It's just too complicated to answer the phone, check a message, or send a fax for the reception staff there.August 27, 2017by Brittany Seay
